The Thought Error that will Keep You Stuck

Do you believe any of these thoughts in relation to something in your life that you would love to change?

  • It’s going to be hard.
  • I never follow through.
  • There aren’t any good options.
  • I have no choice.
  • I’m always behind.
  • Nothing will change.

What Is A Mindset?

A “mindset” is just a collection of thoughts, or assumptions, both conscious and unconscious. Believing that something won’t change is generally just an assumption, part of our mindset. The thing is, we don’t usually question or even notice our own mindset.

Our subconscious automatically assumes that what has happened in the past will happen again, which is why our natural assumptions are always based on past experiences. This is a thought error. Our subconscious fails to account for the fact that we can make different decisions than we have in the past.

And the good news is that as humans, we have the ability to make different decisions and create completely different outcomes! It starts, by noticing and questioning our own mindset. Simply put: If you make decisions assuming that nothing is going to change, nothing is going to change!

Why do Mindset Work?

Mindset work and changing your mindset is the fastest way to change your life because it’s the fastest way to change how you experience your current circumstances, the decisions you make, and the actions you take.

Why Motivation is Easier When Planning than When Following Through

Why Motivation is Easier When Planning than When Following Through

Motivation Can't be Planned and Scheduled The motivation you feel when you're planning often disappears when it's time for execution. Following through is harder but you can plan for that by taking it into account that you cannot schedule motivation. Should you be...

Mindset Matters | The Practical Side and the Aligned Mind

WTF is a Mindset Reset and Why is it Practical? We think between 60,000-80,000 thoughts a day, and most of our brain activity is done on autopilot. If we had to question all of our thoughts we would be unable to function. Can you imagine? Do I like dogs?... Every time...
