Coaching is a commitment to yourself, and it isn’t a generic one-size-fits-all thing. You can book a conversation (typically called a “consult”) and we can discuss our coaching programs, formats including one-on-one coaching, online group coaching for women, mindset programs, and pricing. At the end of the call, you will have clarity surrounding your obstacles, how we would tackle them, and the next steps.
