I Want You to Get Off Track

(not because I’m a jerk, but because I don’t want you to be scared you won’t be consistent))
Most of us who struggle with consistency have, at some point in our lives, signed up for something with great intentions, and then not followed through. So it makes perfect sense that you worry about committing to a coaching program and then getting sidetracked. Our brains always go back to look at what has happened in the past in order to predict the future. And most of the time this serves us well because we don’t need to overthink every little thing, but it doesn’t account for the fact that we can make different decisions that will lead to new outcomes. This is the power of asking yourself “What if I make different decisions?“. Thinking that what you have done before you will do again feels safe, but it limits you to what’s probable. Wondering what you could do differently leads you to what’s possible, and that’s where things get interesting! So to those of you who worry about getting off track, here’s the thing, everyone gets off track sometimes because we are not robots and sometimes life gets in the way. But you can always get back on track. Part of the Kickstartology process and framework is focused on learning to catch yourself and getting back on track faster and more easily. It’s a critical skill if you want to live big and have an impact because you will have less time to hide. In fact, I want you to get off track at least once in the program so that you can practice catching yourself and getting back on track without wasting time beating yourself up about it. Imagine how much time and stress you could save in your life if you could just catch and redirect yourself without the guilt, shame, and mind drama. If you want this ease it’s available to you. No need to be scared you won’t be consistent. Let’s have a conversation and we can determine if it’s the right fit.
