Stephanie J. Marshall is a Toronto alignment life coach, speaker, podcaster and the founder of Plaid Paddle Coaching which does online adhd coaching as well as corporate productivity engagements. She coaches women who feel stuck or limited and want to feel in charge of their life and in control of their trajectory. Stephanie has been hired to present workshops to Eva’s youth shelter and Indigenous Services Canada. She loves stirring the pot, encouraging people to get out of their comfort zone, and leading people towards what makes them feel that they are at their best. Stephanie Alignment Coaching Framework which is rooted in neuroscience, cognitive psychology, NLP, and research in behavioural and organizational change.

Stephanie is the creator and host of the Casually Coaching Strangers podcast, where anonymous strangers call in and get a coaching session.

Previously Stephanie was in the corporate world in the digital content and strategy space. She has worked with brands and companies including Shoppers Drug Mart, Rogers Media (publishing, radio, and TV), Molson, Trojan, Royal Bank, Holt Renfrew, and at the CBC. She has an MBA from Schulich, but so do a lot of people. It’s more interesting to note that she is in a band, and loves cows and alpacas.
