Your mindset is made up of all of your thoughts about the world, how it works, and what’s possible, as well as your thoughts about yourself. It dictates how you see yourself and how you see the world.

I wanted to share some useful concrete examples of things that you can dramatically impact with mindset work so I decided to try using Chat GPT.
It did come up with a good list and I checked every single item to make sure I have seen someone do this successfully,
BUT
Every time I try to use Chat GPT to assist with content creation I find myself getting really frustrated because everything sounds so generic, coachy, and hyperbolic.
And I got somewhere new this evening… I think Chat GPT was annoyed with me. This is what it sounds like after a lot of saying:
“please cut the hyperbole”
“less generic bullshit please”
“please be blunt”
